Manage Site Administration :
- Create and maintain domains and projects;

a. Define Requirements;
b. View Requirements.

4) Manage Test Planning phase which includes:
a. Convert Requirements;
b. Create Test Plan Tree;

c. Schedule Test Execution runs;
